Driver Terms & Agreement

This Driver Agreement governs the relationship between drivers and RUBX Rider ("Platform"). By registering as a driver on the Platform, you agree to the terms described below.
RUBX Rider operates as a technology platform that connects passengers with independent drivers. The Platform does not own vehicles or directly provide transportation services.
Drivers operate independently and are responsible for their own vehicles, licenses, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.
To become a driver on the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Possess a valid CNIC or government-issued ID
Hold a valid driving license
Own or legally operate a registered vehicle
Provide accurate personal and vehicle information
RUBX Rider reserves the right to approve or reject driver applications.
Drivers agree to:
Maintain their vehicle in safe operating condition
Follow all traffic laws and regulations
Provide professional and respectful service to passengers
Arrive at pickup locations on time
Complete rides honestly without manipulating fares
Drivers must not engage in illegal activities, harassment, or unsafe driving.
Drivers may be required to upload or provide:
CNIC copy
Driving license
Vehicle registration certificate
Vehicle photos
Profile photograph
The Platform may periodically request updated documents.
Drivers agree that RUBX Rider may charge a commission on each ride completed through the Platform.
Example:
If the ride fare is PKR 1000 and the Platform commission is 10%, the driver will receive PKR 900.
Commission rates may be updated with prior notice.
Drivers may receive payments through:
Cash collected directly from passengers
Future digital payment methods supported by the Platform
Drivers are responsible for managing their own financial records and tax obligations.
Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of RUBX Rider.
The Platform does not provide:
Employment benefits
Salary
Vehicle maintenance
Fuel expenses
Drivers are responsible for their own business operations.
Passengers may rate drivers after each ride.
Drivers with repeated complaints, unsafe behavior, or poor ratings may face:
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
RUBX Rider may suspend or permanently disable driver accounts if:
False information is provided
Safety violations occur
Fraud or manipulation of fares is detected
Platform rules are repeatedly violated
Drivers are responsible for any accidents, damages, or legal issues that occur while providing transportation services.
RUBX Rider acts only as a technology intermediary and is not liable for driver actions.
The Platform may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan and the Government of Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
