You may delete your account in two ways:
If you delete your account directly through the app, your account will immediately become inactive, and after 30 days, your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
You can also request account deletion through:

Your full name
Registered phone number
Registered email
Reason (optional)
Manual deletion requests take 7–14 business days for verification.
App-based deletions follow the 30-day automatic deletion rule.
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is completed.
Once the 30-day period is complete, we will permanently delete:
Profile details
Contact information
Documents uploaded
Ride history (unless required by law)
Saved preferences
Account credentials
After deletion, no data can be restored.
Under Pakistan’s PECA 2016, taxation rules, and security guidelines, some records may be retained temporarily for:
Fraud prevention
Payment or commission verification
Legal compliance
Safety investigations
Dispute resolution
Such data is securely stored and not used for marketing.
We cannot delete accounts if:
Outstanding payments or penalties exist
Fraud investigation is in process
Legal authorities request data retention
Disputes are unresolved
Deletion will resume after these issues are cleared.
After deletion:
You cannot recover your account
All rides/orders will be canceled
Data cannot be retrieved
A new account requires fresh registration
Parents/guardians may request deletion of a minor’s account after verification.
